*Submission process

Presentation proposals must be submitted electronically. Each submission will be reviewed by the Wrike Collaborate Program Planning Committee. Presentation proposals will be assessed based on the following criteria:

  • The topic is current, innovative, and relevant.
  • The session is well-organized and designed to meet the needs of the intended audience.

  • Creative and innovative approaches to presenting content are encouraged. Rely on your day-to-day experiences as well as best practices, management successes, tools, and techniques for topic ideas.
  • Proposals will be accepted for sessions that range from basic to advanced levels, offering a full breadth of knowledge to attendees. We encourage you to submit more than one proposal for consideration.

To simplify your submission process, please have all of your materials together prior to entering your presentation.

  • Suggested session title
  • Brief description (100 word limit)
  • Goal of session (50 word limit)
  • Target audience

Presentation review process

  • A member of the Wrike Collaborate Program Planning Committee will notify you of your acceptance by July 9, 2021.
  • All speakers must adhere to policies and deadlines to provide accurate information to Wrike on time.
  • Primary presenters and/or session moderators are responsible for communicating submission deadlines and details to co-presenters.
  • Before being confirmed as presenters, all speakers must electronically agree to Speaker Terms and Conditions.

NOTE: Presentations must not be sales pitches. If you’re a vendor, please coordinate your session with a Wrike client so both perspectives are represented. We receive many similar proposals. The committee may request revisions or clarification or ask you to combine presentations to better align with the goals of the conference.
